Performance That’s
Engineered, Not Guessed

Where calibration meets fabrication. From standalone ECU installs to forged engine builds, every project that leaves our workshop is dialled in, data-validated and ready for the long haul.

Our Approach

Big Numbers Are Easy.
Reliable Ones Aren’t.

Anyone with a laptop can flash an off-the-shelf file and chase a dyno headline. That’s not performance — that’s a screenshot. Real tuning is measured in how the car feels on cold mornings, how it holds together after ten thousand kilometres, and how it behaves when you’re on the limit.

We come from a motorsport background, and we bring that discipline to every customer car. Every map is written from scratch on your engine. Every change is logged, measured and verified. Every build leaves the workshop with documentation you can hand to the next mechanic — or the next owner — without flinching.

“If we wouldn’t put it in our own car, we won’t put it in yours.”
  • Written, not flashed — every map is bespoke
  • Documented — printed graphs, logs, settings
  • Reversible — factory restore on demand
  • Supported — we don’t disappear after pickup
What We Do

A Full-Service Performance Workshop

From dialling in a daily driver to building a track weapon — calibration, fabrication and engineering all under one roof.

Custom ECU Calibration

Maps written from the ground up on your specific car. We never copy-paste files. Cold-start, idle, transient response — all dialled.

Standalone ECU Installs

Haltech, Link, MoTeC and Emtron systems. Wiring loom design, sensor calibration, full setup and tuning — no shortcuts.

Engine Builds & Forged Internals

Forged pistons, rods, valve springs, ARP fasteners. Built engines that hold the power we want them to make.

Fuel System Upgrades

Larger injectors, in-tank and surge pumps, custom hard lines, fuel rails. Built to support whatever the map asks for.

Drivetrain & Clutch

Uprated clutches, lightweight flywheels, LSDs, gearbox rebuilds. Power’s only useful if you can put it down.

Cooling Upgrades

Front-mount intercoolers, oil coolers, alloy radiators. Bigger numbers need bigger thermal headroom — full stop.

Flex Fuel & E85 Conversions

Flex fuel sensors, fuel system mapping, dual-map tunes. Pump 98 to E85 — same car, two power levels, one switch.

Datalogging & Analysis

AFR, knock, boost, ignition correction — all logged and reviewed. We tune from data, not from feel.

Track Prep & Setup

Corner weighting, alignment to motorsport spec, brake bias, anti-lag tuning. Built for the lap, not the dyno screenshot.

What Sets Our Workshop Apart

There’s a long list of shops that can flash a file. Here’s what you get with us that you won’t get there.

Motorsport-Trained

Our lead tuner cut their teeth in club-level circuit racing. That discipline shows up in every street build.

In-House Dyno Cell

Climate-controlled, calibrated annually. Every car leaves with a printed graph and full logs.

Fabrication On Site

TIG welding, mandrel-bent piping, custom intake and exhaust work — no waiting on outside suppliers.

Genuine Brand Partners

Authorised stockists for Haltech, Garrett, KW, AP Racing, Bilstein, Akrapovič — proper parts, proper warranty.

Full Documentation

You leave with dyno sheets, parts list, settings file and logs. Yours forever — even if you sell the car.

Ongoing Support

Add a part next year? Send us a log and we’ll re-tune to match. We don’t disappear at handover.

How a Build Goes

From First Conversation to Final Handover

Every project follows the same workflow — whether it’s a daily-driver remap or a forged engine build. No surprises, no scope creep.

1

Brief & Plan

We talk goals, budget and use case. You leave with a written plan, not a sales pitch.

2

Build & Install

Hardware fitment, fabrication and assembly — all in-house, with progress photos along the way.

3

Calibrate & Validate

Map written on the dyno, every cell logged. We tune to AFR and knock, not to numbers.

4

Handover & Followup

Dyno sheets, logs and a 500km check-in. Anything off? Bring it back, we adjust.

Common Questions

Things People Ask Before Booking

Do you tune cars I’ll still drive every day?
Absolutely — most of our work is daily-driven cars. We tune for cold-start, idle quality, fuel economy and smooth driveability, not just peak dyno numbers. A well-tuned car should feel better on the school run than it did stock.
Can I bring my own parts?
In most cases, yes — provided we know the brand and can verify it’s genuine. We’ll charge labour as normal but won’t warrant the part itself. For critical components (turbos, injectors, ECUs), we strongly recommend buying through us so the full package is warranted together.
What dyno do you use?
An in-house chassis dyno with full load control, climate management and wideband AFR logging. It’s calibrated annually and can simulate real-world load — so the tune you get on the dyno is the tune you feel on the road.
How is your tuning different from a generic chip shop?
Chip shops flash off-the-shelf files written for a different car on a different continent. We write your map from scratch on your engine, on our dyno, with logs you can read. The difference shows up in cold mornings, hot days, low fuel and high mileage — basically everywhere a generic file falls apart.
Do you tune diesels?
Yes — common-rail diesel utes, 4WDs and Euro diesels. Tunes focus on response, towing torque and fuel economy. We can also handle DPF management for off-road vehicles within legal constraints.
Do you handle insurance documentation for modified cars?
We supply written specs and dyno reports that you can hand to your insurer. Insurance disclosure is your responsibility under Australian law, but we make it easy by giving you the paperwork most insurers ask for.
How long should I expect a build to take?
A calibration-only job is typically 1 day. Bolt-on hardware plus tune: 2–4 days. Full engine build or forced induction conversion: 3–8 weeks, mostly depending on parts lead time. We commit to a timeline at the planning stage and stick to it.
